Template talk:Incomplete

We're definitely starting to phase out the empty pages for species in favor of the species template, so I think we either need to replace this template or make a new one. Here's my suggestion for a new "incomplete" template message: "This page is a work in progress! If you have expertise or materials on this topic you are willing to contribute to the global community please reach out to us!" The latter half is copy-pasted from this template, I'm not sure it sounds right but it's a starting point.
